Privacy Policy

Opus at The Belfry House, 3601 WI-67, Delavan, WI 53115 (+1 262 394 3900), operates this website. This page explains what data the site collects, who receives it, and how you control it.

Cookies and advertising measurement

The site uses two measurement tags:

• Google Ads (tag ID AW-809366257, operated by Google): records page visits and ad performance so we can measure and improve our advertising.
• Meta pixel (operated by Meta Platforms): records page visits and interaction with our reservation buttons for the same purpose.

These tags process your IP address, device and browser information, and the pages you view. In regions where the law requires it (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the tags load with cookies switched off, and a cookie notice asks for your choice before any advertising cookies are set. Your acceptance is stored (with its date and the notice version) as proof of consent. Elsewhere the tags measure site usage without a notice; you can still switch them off — see "Your choices" below.

Newsletter

Newsletter signups are handled by Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group), which stores your email address, your optional mobile number for text updates, and your signup consent on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Your choices

You can review or change your cookie choice at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the footer of every page. Your most recent choice applies immediately; declining keeps measurement and advertising cookies off. We keep a dated record of each choice, including any earlier acceptance, as evidence of consent. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
