Throughout his culinary career Chef Sebastien has worked and learned from amazing entrepreneurs and visionaries

starting with famed Chef Gaston Lenôtre who was instrumental in helping him shape his career. Sebastien worked in several two and three star Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels, in research and development, cooked for presidents and heads of states, and he is the recipient of multiple awards and distinctions. But, what really drives him in life is sharing that knowledge with others and shaping the next generation of entrepreneurs. This is why, in 1995, he founded The French Pastry School in Chicago, and later The Butter Book, and programs at Rouxbe online learning platform solutions. Sebastien trained thousands of students and chefs by creating a unique support system based on mentorship, collaboration and giving back to the community. Today, Sebastien consults all over the world and shares that knowledge and brand with his students, visionary restaurateurs, leading corporations, and manufacturers.
