Chef Kim’s culinary career started in 2013 with his apprenticeship at Luxembourg’s 2-Michelin-starred Ma Langue Sourit, where he quickly began developing and refining his techniques in creating elevated and harmonious French dishes.
Chef Kim’s unwavering passion for the world of culinary arts led him to further explore his passion, where he cooked in kitchens including Kichisen—Kyoto, Japan’s 3-Michelin-starred establishment that masters traditional Japanese cuisine.
Now, after a 10-year journey working under influential leaders in the culinary world and developing his unique style and flair, Chef Kim joined the Opus team to continue its mission of bringing a unique French dining experience to the Lake Geneva area.
