First Wine

Scharfenberger Brut Rosé NV, Mendocino, CA

Scharfenberger uses an almost even mix of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to give a racy, yet rich texture. Aged for two years on the less from the cool climate of the North Coast of California.

Second Wine

2020 Chenin Blanc, Bourillon d’Orléans “La Couleé d’Argent” , Vouvray, FR

This Chenin Blanc is grown on the chalky soils of the Loire Valley in Central France. This grape show rich fruit tree fruits, white and yellow floral notes along with a balanced acidity to pair with a wide range of dishes from seafood to ripe cheeses.

Third Wine

2017 Fumé Blanc, Grgich Hills, Napa Valley, CA

From the classic Napa winemaker Mike Grgich this Sauvignon Blanc has a balance of bright citrus and rich stone fruits. The light touch of oak helps round out the texture and give a broader flavor.

Fourth Wine

2021 Cinsault Rosé, J.P. Chenet, Côtes du Provence, FR

This crisp rosé from Southern France has flavors of strawberry, white peach, and bright tropical fruits that match perfectly with shellfish and seafood. The Grenache based rose blend is very versatile, enjoyed with food or as glass by itself.

Fifth Wine

2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, Hall Family, Napa Valley, CA

Made in the heart of Napa Valley’s Cabernet country this wine has dark fruits and rustic oak tannins that pairs well with roasted meats and strong cheeses.

- or -

2017 Chardonnay, Flowers, Sonoma Coast, CA

This Chardonnay from Flowers is grown just on the edge of Sonoma as close to the coast as vineyards can be planted in California. This gives a bright and crisp fruit which matches the richness of the oak and aging.

Dessert Wine

2019 Château Laribotte, Sauternes, FR

Semillon is the main grape while also adding some Sauvignon Blanc grown in Western France in the region of Bordeaux. These very late harvested grapes have an Apricot, Peach and sweet Tangerine note. Oak aging adds baking spice and vanilla to broaden the rich texture.
